However, you could specialize in a niche that isn&#039;t large enough to get attention from the large companies but is still profitable on a small scale. Classic examples are to serve as a &quot;customer service buffer&quot; for foreign language speakers, people with hearing or visual disabilities or anyone else with some kind of special need.

I&#039;m still waiting for that simple service which just calls me back the moment a customer service rep actually answers the phone, and saves me from having to wait in the queue.</description>
